Description: Grants to help pay for temporary housing, home repairs, personal property losses and other serious disaster-related needs not covered by insurance.
Eligibility: Individuals and business owners in Butte, Lake, Napa, Mendocino, Sonoma and Yuba counties. Assistance may be available if only one member of a household is a U.S. citizen, non-citizen national or qualified alien. This may include a child.
