El Cerrito Flip the Vote Party
The midterms are our best chance to take power from Trump and block MAGA atrocities. The best way to stop them is to win SO BIG that it’s undeniable.
Living in the East Bay, we don’t get to vote in the battleground areas that will determine who controls the House and Senate. But by partnering with Flip the Vote (https://www.flipthevote.org), we can support effective, year-round grassroots organizing and movement building in 9 states crucial to winning the House and Senate: Arizona, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Join co-hosts Claire, Tallis, Laura, and Sandy for snacks, drinks and community and to learn about FtV’s plans to win big in November and take back the House and Senate. IEB storytelling team member / Flip the Vote volunteer Alissa McLean will give a short presentation.
