Gubernatorial Climate Forum Watch Party

IEB’s Climate Action Team is excited to welcome you to the first gubernatorial climate forum of 2026! Katie Porter, Xavier Becerra, Tom Steyer and Eric Swalwell are all confirmed for this debate organized by California Environmental Voters.

Californians are facing an affordability crisis driven by the climate crisis—and voters are hungry for leadership that will protect communities and make our economy sustainable for the long haul. This event will give voters the opportunity to hear candidates’ plans to address the impacts that the climate crisis has on Californians’ homes, wallets, and health.

We’ll meet at the home of an IEB member in downtown Oakland to watch the debate and have snacks and discussion afterward.
