THANK YOU to our East Bay small businesses
that are standing up for free elections!

The regime knows they’re losing. So instead of courting our votes, they are trying to keep us from voting in the 2026 midterm elections, and to seize more power by undermining our elections and declaring themselves the winners. But most Americans  want every voter to vote, and every vote cast to be counted.

Businesses can and must speak out to help ensure that free and fair elections continue in this country. And small businesses have a particularly important voice, because they help shape the character of a community. The signs in their windows tell us what kind of place we live in and what values we share. When many businesses affirm support for free and democratic elections, they send a powerful message that this is a community where democracy matters and where neighbors stand together to protect it.

Indivisible East Bay members are working as part of the nationwide Business for Democracy Pledge campaign, canvassing local businesses to ask them to display their values and stand up for the freedom to vote.

By putting a FREE ELECTIONS sign in their window, these local businesses make it clear that they stand with their community and stand for our freedom to choose our own leaders.

And Indivisible East Bay members are showing our appreciation by spending our hard-earned dollars at businesses that are loud and proud about their belief in democracy. When we see that sign in the window, we know it’s a business we want to support.
